From this report we will be able to guide you in making an offer on your selected property and negotiate basic contract terms for you.
Step 4 – Close The Deal
Once your offer is accepted, you will need legal representation from a New York City-based real estate attorney. Your attorney will negotiate all contract terms on your behalf, perform title search, as well as conduct due diligence to ensure it is a sound investment.
