When working with investors we take a 5 Step Approach:

If you are purchasing this property strictly to rent it out, then before showing you any properties, a member of our team will prepare this report as if the apartment were available to be rented today.
STEP 3 – REVIEW AND NEGOTIATE

STEP 4 - CLOSE THE DEAL
Once your offer is accepted, you will need legal representation from a New York City-based real estate attorney. Your attorney will negotiate all contract terms on your behalf, perform title search, as well as conduct due diligence to ensure it is a sound investment.
STEP 5 - BEGIN COLLECTING RENTAL INCOME
